Open Minds Counselling

No matter is "too small" or "too large" for counselling: whether you feel stuck, hopeless, overwhelmed and alone; or need a space to discuss those day to day challenges with someone outside of your support network. Therapy offers a space to unpick tangled thoughts, feelings, interactions and life events. An unbiased ear and open heart can offer you a space to offload, build awareness and find clarity.

Integrative Therapy

Whether you are new to therapy or have years of therapeutic experiences, this practice works well for people who have a very specific goal and those who have no idea where to start. We work at your pace. I believe in a compassionate and collaborative approach, where you are able to set your own agenda and explore what you need at this time in your life. Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may focus on your: present thoughts and feelings, unhelpful behaviours, past events and repeated patterns, relationships with others (past and present) and your thoughts and hopes for the future.

As an integrative therapist, my focus is to offer you a safe space to explore what you need at this time in your life. Integrative therapy considers you as an individual and your circumstances, tailoring the space and tools used to support you and help work towards your goals. Your therapy may integrate tools from various trained approaches including person-centred, cognitive and solution-focused, all from a trauma-informed lense.

Hello, thank you for considering me for your therapy.
